How to Make a Travel Insurance Claim
Here's your step-by-step guide to making a travel insurance claim on your travel insurance policy. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the claims department on 01623 683587.
- Download and complete a claim form
Please download and complete the relevant form in order to process your claim. Please remember that your completed claim form must be returned within 31 days upon your return.
If you are claiming under any of the following benefits, 1. Medical And Dental 2. Additional Expenses 3. Travel Delay 4. Amendment Or Cancellation Costs, then please select claim form A.
For any other claims please select claim form B.
- Add your receipts and supporting documentation
At the back of the claim form, there is a simple list of the supporting documents you'll need to send us. Don't forget, we require originals of all documentation. Please make a copy before you send it in.
- Give your claim the once over
Once completed, give your claim a final scan, just to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. More importantly, don't forget to sign it.
- Send it on in
Mail your original claim form and all supporting documents to:
